I've grown to like binaural beats. Listen to the sounds that affect sound frequency healing on the mind and body. My 1st REAL connection to sound therapy was when I attended an event for couples. As the frequency played we were told to focus on our challenges, no speech. At the end we ended up knowing each others feelings and moved forward in healing and improving our relationship.
