This is a simple, free method to healthier lungs and a more holistic life. Drink way more water. Also be sure to avoid all caffeine, and include some sea salt or pink salt in your diet. This has been shown to work for many people. There are some daily habits that we partake in that may contribute to our lungs or breathing aliments. We are exposed to air transported toxins from gas fumes, chemical cleaners, hair products, perfumes, everyday toiletries, and even riding the trains. Because our bodies loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contains water. Drinking water is good for full body health it helps cleanse the body and nourishes it, keeping everything in working order. Without water our bodies would go into a dehydrated state and things would be out of balanced, so its important to keep the body well hydrated to stay in good working order.
